By downloading, using, or purchasing Wakely Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Wakely.

Purpose of the Service

Wakely is an alarm app that helps users set alarms and complete short tasks before dismissing them. Wakely is designed to support your wake-up routine, but it does not guarantee that you will wake up at any specific time.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for checking your alarm times, repeat settings, device volume, notification and alarm permissions, battery level, focus modes, and other device settings.

A powered-off device, drained battery, disabled system permissions, removed app, operating system limitations, network or device issues, or unexpected technical problems may affect the alarm experience.

Important Use Notice

Wakely should not be used as your only alarm source for important appointments, travel, medication, workplace safety, health-related situations, or other time-critical obligations. We recommend using additional alarms or backup reminders for those situations.

Wakely is not a medical device, safety system, or professional time-management service.

Wakely Pro

Wakely offers certain features for free. Wakely Pro may be a paid subscription that provides access to task chains, task difficulty, wake-up check, and other premium features that may be added in the future.

Wakely Pro features, prices, and subscription terms are shown on the purchase screen. Pro features may be improved, changed, or updated with features serving a similar purpose over time.

Subscriptions and Renewal

Wakely Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID account.

Subscription renewal, cancellation, and management are handled through Apple’s App Store subscription system. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings.

Wakely does not collect or store your payment card information. Payment and billing are handled by Apple.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s App Store policies and are reviewed by Apple.

App Use

You may not use Wakely in a way that is unlawful, abusive, intended for reverse engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities, or likely to interfere with the app’s operation.

Changes and Availability

Wakely features may change, improve, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable over time. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or work the same way under every device condition.

Wakely is provided as is and as available. Operating system updates, device settings, permission changes, or system limitations applied by Apple may affect how the app works.

Intellectual Property

The Wakely name, design, interface, logos, text, sounds, and app content belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Wakely is designed to support your alarm and wake-up experience. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, missed alarms, or consequences caused by device, operating system, permission, user setting, or technical issues outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Wakely.

Apple Standard EULA

The App Store version of Wakely is also subject to Apple’s standard end user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA

Language

These Terms of Use may be translated into different languages. If there is any difference in interpretation between translations, the Turkish version will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of Wakely means you accept the current terms.
